Diaz Wins Unanimous Decision in Boxing Match

After a controversial no contest in their UFC bout, Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal finally settled their rivalry in the boxing ring on July 6 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.

Diaz, who entered the fight with a record of 1-1 in boxing, started the fight aggressively, swinging early. However, Masvidal, also 1-1 in boxing, quickly turned the aggressor, swarming Diaz briefly.

As the fight progressed, Diaz's experience in the boxing ring began to show. He landed several clean punches, including a left hook late in the fifth round that stunned Masvidal.

In the end, Diaz was the better fighter according to the official scorecards. He won a unanimous decision with scores of 96-92, 97-92, and 98-91.
