Born on November 13, 1953, Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) is a Mexican politician who has served as the president of Mexico since 2018. He is a member of the National Regeneration Movement (MORENA) and is known for his left-wing populist policies.
Presidential Role
As the president of Mexico, López Obrador is the head of state and government. He is responsible for appointing the members of the cabinet and for overseeing the implementation of government policies. He also serves as the supreme commander of the Mexican Armed Forces.
